DRAMA CLUB

In drama classes, it is aimed to develop our students' creativity, communication skills, positive self-perception, ability to express themselves in different ways, and aesthetic sensitivity. Our school's unique curriculum is implemented.

Creative Drama courses enable our students to reveal their existing talents and raise self-confident, researching, producing, responsible, free and original thinking, participatory and tolerant individuals. To teach students to work collaboratively towards a common goal by taking an active role in a creative experience, to teach them to use creative drama performances as a problem-solving tool, to teach how to make cultural connections with different types of creative drama, to identify personal interests and skills and develop them with dramatic methods, to help students learn through dramatic ideas. It is aimed to improve their self-confidence through speaking, visual and auditory movements.

While we apply techniques such as Movement, Pantomime, Imitation-Play, Dramatization, Role Playing, Improvisation, Music - Movement - Rhythm, Storytelling - Creating in our lessons, the task of preparing for life is simultaneously given at the highest level.

Apart from the compulsory curriculum, which runs from kindergarten to the 11th grade of high school, our students' stage and acting skills are also developed by strengthening their self-confidence through written text studies, role creation, portraying an existing role, stage and theater knowledge, play writing and animation, and dramatization.
